Rent Payments

For your convenience, rent payments can be made securely through your online tenant portal.

If you do not yet have an online account, setting one up is simple. Please call or text 864-990-1223 with your name, property address, and a valid email address. We will send you a welcome email with instructions to activate your account and create your password. Once your account is activated, you can make your rent payments online.

Maintenance Requests

If you need maintenance or repairs, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that tenants report issues promptly so that we can address them before they become larger problems.

For emergencies, such as significant water leaks, electrical problems, major plumbing issues, or other conditions that could cause damage to the property or create a safety concern, please contact us immediately at 864-990-1223.

For routine maintenance requests, please provide as much information as possible, including a description of the problem and, when helpful, photos. We will address routine requests as promptly as possible based on the nature and urgency of the issue.

Please remember that tenants may be responsible for certain maintenance items and damages as outlined in the lease agreement. For example, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector batteries, tenants are responsible for keeping a plunger available and addressing ordinary clogs as specified in their lease. Before reporting an electrical issue, please check that the problem is not being caused by an overloaded outlet or power strip.
