Due to the Covid-19/ Corona Virus outbreak, we are encouraging every tenant to pay rent through their online portal. If you do not have an online account, it is very simple to set one up. Simply call or text 864-990-1223, give your name and address and provide us with a valid email address. You will receive a welcome email as soon as your online account is set up, follow the link in the email & change your password. Then you can make a payment online.

As we are attempting to do our part to level out the outbreak curve, we will be temporarily limiting the completion of  work orders. We will only be processing the work orders that are of the utmost importance. If you have an emergency such as: water leak, electrical issue, roof or flooring issues, these will be taken care of immediately, but we ask that you please sanitize the area needing work prior to maintenance entering. If you are requesting an air conditioner installed or any other minor issue that can wait, these will be put on hold to a later date.  They will be taken care of, but not immediately. Tenants will be responsible for all clogs, as per your lease, everyone should have a plunger on hand, if not they are available at your local Dollar General, Walmart, etc. Before calling regarding electrical issues, make certain you do not have too many items plugged into a power strip or outlet, simply try removing a few items from the power strip or outlet.

We have several families with health issues that are at high risk. NOW is the time to be considerate of your neighbors, especially elderly and small children.  Please wash your hands with soap & water for a minimum of 20 seconds at least 5 times per day. Keep your hands away from your face & mouth. Keep all surfaces clean & sanitized. Finally, practice social distancing, stay at least 5 -6 feet from other people.
